Dr. Vuyiwe Marambana is a seasoned municipal manager and a leadership figure in public administration, especially within South Africa's local government sector. She has played a critical role in launching initiatives aimed at ensuring better infrastructure, efficient public services, and strengthening customer care in municipal areas.

Lucy Marowa is a Medical Laboratory Scientist by profession and a qualified SHEQ Practitioner with a host of additional qualifications that include an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Leadership and is on the verge of completing a Master’s Degree in Haematology. She has recently started her doctoral of strategic management studies with Chinhoyi University. She is currently the CEO of the National Blood Service Zimbabwe since year 2015 to date and is a firm believer of transformational leadership in which she seeks to groom and challenge her teams to go beyond themselves to achieve both personal and organizational goals, with particular focus on women.
