The 2024 Emergence Conference theme — Dominate: Designing a Life of Significance — was honestly one of my favourite conferences we’ve ever had at EPR Global. As a professional and a leader, it spoke directly to where I am. A consistent theme throughout the sessions was the importance of prayer and God’s Word in helping us truly understand our purpose and calling. We weren’t placed on this earth just to live for ourselves; that would be selfish. We were called to make an impact on the lives of those around us.
In our spheres of influence, we must be mindful of how we can bring change and add value. Another key takeaway for me was the power of planning. Without a plan, we risk going in circles. But with a clear destination, intentional planning, and the right support system, we can walk steadily in our calling, because this journey is not one to do alone.
