Tosin Oguzie is an AI Consultant, Trainer and Digital Strategist who helps organisations, educators, entrepreneurs and teams use AI in practical, accessible and commercially valuable ways.

She brings over 2 decades of experience across project management, digital marketing and business transformation, which she draws on to help organisations adopt AI, automate workflows and build practical business systems using technology

Tosin specialises in simplifying AI for non-technical audiences. Her practical, engaging training takes learners from confusion to confident implementation.

She is the founder of KLIMB Digital and leads Young Minds Accelerator, a programme for young people aged 9 to 18. Through the programme, participants develop critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, communication and confidence, while learning to use AI to bring real projects to life.

At the heart of everything Tosin does is a commitment to helping people build systems that support their gifts, amplify their impact and help them fulfil the purpose they have been called to.

Wendy Ologe is a seasoned parent coach and author of the best-selling parenting Book “Connect To Correct” which have sold over 4,000 copies all over the world. Her second book titled “The Discipline that Works” launched in November 2019 and sold over 1,000 copies in its first month.

She is also the founder of The Intentional Parent Academy; a coaching outfit dedicated to equipping parents and intending parents to intentionally raise their children positively especially in the face of our decaying societal values.

Wendy aims to lead parents with everything it takes to raise an excellent child mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and psychologically — because she believes that parenting the next generation better is the way to have a better world tomorrow. She helps parents identify the parenting style that works for each child.

She also runs an online community on Facebook called the Intentional Parent which has over 22,000 parents learning daily. Via this group Facebook selected her among 100 others in the globe to be a global leader; leading Communities for the circles in Abuja. Facebook selected her group to flag off the first parenting subscription group in Africa.

Wendy has spoken on many stages including being interviewed by the biggest Christian TV network in Africa, Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) Africa on their famous TV program The 700 club. This Interview has been aired on both international and national tv stations, including TBN which is the largest Christian Television network in the world and Channels Television Nigeria.

Wendy is also the executive director at Smart OFFICE, a corporate organization with a focus on developing businesses through capacity building, provision of serviced work Spaces and hostels for students. Her work experiences include years in international non-governmental organizations with over 10 years of experience in USAID leading projects. Wendy also has experience in the banking sector.

Dr Divine Simbi-Ndhlukula is one of Zimbabwe’s most celebrated business leaders and a pioneer in security, enterprise development, and women’s empowerment. She is the founder and Managing Director of SECURICO, a security company she built from the ground up in 1998 to revolutionise a male-dominated industry and elevate security services to global standards. Under her leadership, SECURICO became the first Zimbabwean security firm to attain ISO9001:2008 certification. She also leads Zvikomborero Farms a centre of faming excellence. She has served as President of the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce. Dr Ndhlukula holds 2 MBAs from Midlands State University, and a
PhD in Business Leadership, from Women’s University in Africa.

She is also the Chancellor of the Women’s university in Africa.

She has been recognised by Forbes, UNCTAD, and EY for her exceptional entrepreneurship. Beyond business, she champions women’s advancement through platforms like the Women Owned Business Trust, Mentorship in Practice programme and Professional Women, Women Executives and Businesswomen’s Forum (Proweb) and others.

She has authored a book “Entrepreneurial Success: Growing Business in a Fluid Economy” that won the National Merits Awards on Outstanding Non-Fiction books category.

Her legacy continues to inspire Africa’s next generation of leaders.

At Kingdom Leaders Global Alliance, she oversees a non-denominational Christian
ministry, with over 3,000 dedicated partners and stewards in more than 28 countries, who work together to take the Kingdom Mandate across all Spheres of Influence.

The Alliance is a network of ministries including the Kingdom Leadership Institute, FIREBRAND Movement, and Kingdom Women Global Alliance, providing Scriptural guidance, spiritual discipleship, leadership development, medical and welfare missions as well as mentorship bootcamps for Generation NEXT; directly reaching hundreds of thousands globally in the last 15 years.

Through FIREBRAND Movement, DDK leads a Bible School which has discipled and graduated almost 5,000 students from its various Programs and hosts FIREBRAND Revival Festivals across cities.

She is the author of 30 books to date, including the beloved 8-Part FIREBRAND Series.

Her Books, Confession Albums, and Sermons are empowerment resources for saints and ministry gifts. She is lovingly regarded as an influential Christian leader, equipping 21st Century Kingdom Saints into both godly consecration and marketplace influence across her various assignments.
